Indication :

Diarrhea caused by Giardia lamblia or Cryptosporidium parvum:

TRUSTNAL for Oral Suspension (patients 1 year of age and older) and TRUSTNAL Tablets (patients 12 years and older) are indicated for the treatment of diarrhea caused by Giardia lamblia or Cryptosporidium parvum

Limitations of Use TRUSTNAL for Oral Suspension and TRUSTNAL Tablets have not been shown to be effective for the treatment of diarrhea caused by Cry' tosporidium parvum in HfV-infected or immunodeficient patients.

Composition :

TRUSTNAL Tablets (500 mg)

Each tablet contains 500 mg of nitazoxanide.

TRUSTNAL Powder for Oral Suspension (100 mg/5 mL)

Each 5 ml contains 100 mg nitazoxanide.
