PHOSPHOFORT . (Injection)

 

Composition:
Each 100 ml contains:
Toldimfos sodium: 20 gm
Cobalt: 1 mg
Selenium: 10 mg
Zinc: 25 mg
Molybdenum: 5 mg
Manganese: 25 mg
Nicotinic Acid: 500 mg


Indications:
Phosphofort injection is characterized by rapid absorption and wide distribution through body tissues.
Used in Cattle, Horses, Camels, Pigs, Calves, Foals, Sheep, Goats, Dogs & Cats:
For prophylaxis and treatment of diseases after parturition, metabolic disorders, endometritis, grass tetany, post-parturient paresis, debility, exhaustion, emaciation and fatigue, skeletal defects (rickets, osteomalacia) and promotes callus formation in case of bone fracture, to increase milk yield, worms infestations, anemia due to parasitic infestation, support of sterility treatment, supportive treatment during convalescence, lumbago in horses, to increase physiological function of muscles in healthy animals especially racing horses, to increase the physical power of working animals, for promoting growth in young animals.


Dosage Administration:
By Subcutaneous, intramuscular or intravenous injection.
Cattle, Horses, Camels & Pigs: 5 - 20 ml
Calves, Foals, Sheep & Goats: 1 - 3 ml
Dogs & Cats: 0.5 - 2.5 ml
Repeat the treatment with 3 days intervals until recovery.

In severe cases:
Cattle, Horses & Pigs: 3-5 ml
Small animals: 1-2 ml
The dose is given every second day until recovery.
Large does should be distributed at several sites.


Precautions Warnings:
In horses by subcutaneous or intramuscular injection only.
